Robert Yates watched this one for us...
Deeping Rangers reserves hosted 3rd placed Moulton Harrox over the weekend.
Deeping got off to a flying start one minute in when a great run down the left hand side, a brilliant shot from a tight angle flew into the top left hand corner.
22 minutes and another great shot from just outside the area from the Deeping winger flew into the top right hand corner of the goal and we were two goals to the good.
Half time: Deeping 2-0 Moulton Harrox
70 minutes into the match and a long throw from Moulton Harrox caused confusion in the Deeping box. It allowed the Moulton Harrox forward to round the goalkeeper and score.
The visitors pushed for an equaliser but Deeping hit them on the counter. A great run down the right hand side with a great ball across the face of goal allowed the Deeping forward to slide in and score.
That was the end of the scoring and three points were secured.
