Belper United visit Rangers this weekend, trading the Peak District for South Lincolnshire and hilly terrain for the flat fens.
The visitors have had a mixed start to their UCL campaign but have improved recently. They sit 6th in the form table with three wins, two defeats and a draw. In contrast, Rangers have one win, three draws and two defeats.
Belper have had a settled side so far with 7 players having appeared in all matches. Something Brett Whaley can only dream of with the injuries that have blighted Deeping so far.
We will need to be really careful as in Daniel Odunaiya they have a forward who has already set the net bulging 8 times so far. He really could be the difference so Fin Henderson, Theo Braham and Spencer Tinkler will have their hands full.
Deeping will be looking to keep the visitors defence occupied with the attacking threat they are collecting at the Haydon Whitham. Ryan Cook and Kellan Hickinson are two of the most in form players in the competition, improving week on week.
As they build understanding and fitness, playing off target man Johnny Lockie we could be on to something despite the long term absence of Oleks Muzychuk.
Kick off is 3pm and this match brings an end to an intense run of matches so it would be great to have your company.
