Rangers go hunting for a first win of the season as Barton Town visit from the shadow of the Humber Bridge.

As featured earlier this week on the website, the two sides met a few years ago in Lincolnshire Cup action with Barton winning on penalty kicks.

Only Johnny Lockie remains from our lineup that evening, so that result should be no barometer of success.

Deeping come into this off the back of two challenging away performances, losing to Skegness having failed to hold on to the lead. At the weekend, they came unstuck 3-0 at UCL Prem North leaders, Clay Cross Town.

With new players having come into the squad and lots of experienced players having hung up their boots, it's a period of change for the team, but Manager Brett Whaley will be keen for the Clarets to settle quickly and start to pick up some results.
