FC Peterborough came from a goal behind against Deeping Rangers to end the visitors hopes of retaining the Hinchingbrooke Cup this season.
Lewis Arber had put Rangers ahead just after half time, but the hosts hit back with two strikes to win the game and beat their step 5 opponents.
The last week has been harsh on Deeping who have now exited three cup competitions at the hands of step 6 sides this season. Retford in the UCL cup, Louth (at the weekend on penalties) in the Lincs Cup and FCP in the Hinchingbrooke.
Lots to ponder ahead of a return to home league action this weekend.
