Deeping only led once against a talented Kings Lynn U23 side last night, but it was at the end and decisive.
The visitors took the lead early on through a defensive mix up before Josh Sennett equalised.
Early substitutions for Lynn paid off with a mazy run being lashed home from the edge of the box.
Again it was Sennett who levelled as we headed towards half time
2-2
The visitors struck again to lead for a third time after the break. The ball being zipped around the park by an effective looking midfield before a cross was fired past Aaron Butcher.
A Rangers substitute then showed their influence. Taylor Duthie got into a number of shooting positions before trying to tee up others. This time he didn't pass and finished neatly to see us back at parity.
But the home side, who had improved massively in recent weeks, weren't done yet. Avelino Vieira grew into the game and his power and skill was a worry for the visitors throughout.
A neat move got him in on goal at the edge of the area and he made no mistake hitting the winner late on.
4-3
A brilliant match for the crowd who turned out at short notice for this one. Their dedication to Rangers thoroughly rewarded with a win.
