double dismissal on 27 minutes that had the crowd bemused.
Buckby had the first chance when a miscontrol by Tom Palmer presented Justin McKenzie the ball and he almost got on the end of a return pass but his touch took the ball through to Dan Bircham.
Deeping's Jezz Goldson-Williams turned his defender, evaded another challenge only to shoot weakly at Olly Manuel from the edge of the box.
The conditions were taking their toll as play became centered between the boxes, Rangers Tom Smith won the ball well to pass to Jamie Graham who played it back into the path of Smith whose shot hit home defender Elliott Herbert to fall for Goldson-Williams but he pulled his shot wide.
On 27 minutes the game saw two players red carded - a challenge between home player McKenzie and Rangers Spencer Tinkler seemed innocuous only for the linesman to raise his flag some 50-60 seconds later that saw the referee dismiss both players.
With little goal mouth action being seen a rare chance came just before half time - the Bucks Ed Kostiuk's took a 35 yard free kick that had Bircham scrambling to save at his near post and Buckby saw another chance come as Muzi Nduna-Ndlovu got in behind the visiting defense but his touch past the advancing Bircham was also outside of the post.

Deeping came out strongly for the second half, and with the wind at their backs, set about getting the initiative. Smith's ball over the top played in Graham but he was just beaten to the ball by home custodian Manuel.
Rangers substitute Matt Carter combined with Flack and he saw his shot just wide of the far post
The Bucks Nkosi Mzungwana got the better of Palmer and broke for the box but as he was about to shoot Palmer redeemed himself with a fine tackle and then, from a Kostiuk corner, Ryan Merry saw his far post header blocked by Bircham who reacted quickly again as Merry tried for a second time with visiting skipper David Burton-Jones making the final clearance.
Almost immediately Rangers took the lead - Jezz Goldson-Williams picked up the ball at the cornewr of the box, twisted to create some space to fire home past the approaching Manuel on 61 minutes.
Goldson-Williams was then released by Flack only to shoot wide, Carter had a fine run into the heart of the home defense to see his shot closed down by home skipper Nathan Liburd.
At the other end, Kostiuk's long range effort took a deflection off of Burton-Jones that had Bircham scrambling but the saved at full stretch.
Rangers increased their lead on 70 minutes - Graham won the ball and released Avis down the right, he crossed for the unmarked Jezz Goldson-Williams to take a touch and finish past the helpless Manuel.
Deeping brought on substitute Mohammed Hasid for his debut and he would go on to show some fine touches and change of pace and his first touches saw him beat three challenges and shoot wide from 20 yards.
Buckby's Nduna-Ndlovu turned the visiting defense to release Mzungwana to break into the box only to his effort outside of the post.
Rangers' Avis was played in by Hasid only to see his shot rebound from the foot of the post and they increased their lead on 85 minutes with the best goal of the game - Ben Lewis freed Smith who combined with Hasid to pull back to Jezz Goldson-Williams whose finish completed his hat-trick.
The Bucks got a consolation goal three minutes later when Elliott Herbert was on hand at the far post to finish Amadeus Clements' cross.
With time almost up Deeping won a penalty and with regular taker already bathed Dan Flack stepped up to see his effort well saved by home keeper Manuel.
Another good second half performance from Rangers but the spectators are still wondering how both sides were reduced to 10 men - only the officials can explain that!!
