Scotcher and Jordan Avis combined to free Scotcher into the Pagnell box only to be thwarted by a good tackle from Rob Tapp.

Rangers' Coulson picked up a loose ball in the visitors box, dribbled to and along the goal line before a tackle from Keith Williams halted his progress and Joe Braithwaite tried to continue his goalscoring spree with a half volley that did not test McIntyre.

At the other end Dom Lawless got the better of Smith to put in a sharp cross that had Bircham scrambling.

With the game into first half additional time, Smith released Scotcher down the left, he cut into the box to be fouled and Spencer Tinkler converted the resultant spot kick on 45 + 1 mins.

Newport came out strongly for the second half and Smith was on hand to clear from the goal line from a Crawley effort

Scotcher made a good break into the visitors box only to miskick his shot.

the Swans drew level on 53 mins, a mix up in the home defense was pounced on by Josh Crawley who slid the ball past the advancing Bircham and despite the efforts of Tinkler the ball finished in the home net.

Both sides were trying to get the advantage, Graham was freed by Smith, took the ball around the challenge from McIntyre only to shoot into the side netting, while at the other end Crawley got to a Williams cross but his touch was just the wrong side of the post and Sam Parrish and Lawless combined to release Lawless whose sharp cross flashed over the face of the home goal.

From a Williams corner, Jared Cunniff collected the ball to curl his shot wide of the far post but on 79 mins he was to score the winner. A scramble in mid field fell to Jared Cunniff, he crossed to the left side of the box to fire his shot inside the far post and give the visitors a 1-2 away win for the second week running.
