Sleaford started well enough and Rangers keeper Danny Bircham saved with his legs to deny Liam Tunstall a home opener from a Ryan Parnell delivery.
Euan Clarke then outpaced the visiting defence on the left but his shot was just wide of the far post.
Two goals in three minutes put Deeping in charge.
Joe Braithwaite's 40 yard wind assisted free kick caught home keeper Phil McGann stranded off the line to open the scoring on 31 minutes.
Three minutes later Charlie Coulson's clever pass played Dan Flack in on the right to send an angled shot beyond McGann,
After the break David Cook's long range effort found Bircham well placed to save.
When Deeping replied McGann clawed away a Jezz Goldson-Williams header, and from the resulting corner David Burton-Jones had a header blocked on the line.
Deeping wrapped up the win on 73 minutes. McGann saved from Jordan Avis but Jamie Graham was first to react, firing in off the far post.
Late Sleaford pressure saw Scott Coupland denied by a goalline clearance, and from the resulting deep corner taken by Coupland, Luke Hollingworth headed back across goal and Tunstall applied the close range finish for an 88th minute consolation.
