Deeping Rangers FC is seeking an ambitious, committed, and experienced First Team Manager to lead our senior side competing at Step 5 of the National League System.

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a progressive football club with strong community values and aspirations to compete at the highest level possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of first-team football operations and will work closely with the club's committee and volunteers to drive success on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all first-team football activities.
Recruit, retain, and develop players.
Plan and deliver training sessions.
Manage matchday preparation, tactics, and team selection.
Build a positive and professional team culture.
Work within agreed budgets and club objectives.
Assist in developing pathways between youth, reserve, and first-team football.
Represent the club professionally within the local football community.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience managing or coaching at non-league level.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent player recruitment and squad management abilities.
A passion for developing players and building competitive teams.
FA Coaching Qualifications (preferred).
Availability to attend training sessions, matches, and club events.
