DRFC Head of Football, Martin Bond and Head of Mini Soccer, Dan Ingram, along with Junior Coach John Temple, have been working hard behind the scenes to create

“The Deeping Rangers Way”

and are delighted to announce the release/launch of the development plan for

Rangers Foundation Stage players.

A blueprint for all coaches to align to with a common goal; To Inspire – To Develop – To Play.

The Foundation age group from Under 6 to Under 11 will naturally run alongside the England DNA and FA Level 1 course which is the minimum qualification our coaches are required to become.

With a clear mandate to create footballers and a clear pathway through Mini, Junior, Youth, Under 18’s and into our high standard men’s squads, Martin and team will be working on further documents (to follow) for the ages U12 – U16 and then U18 – 1ST Team, a trilogy that will hopefully endeavour to achieve the Clubs goal.
