The Bulls were founded in 2012 by three directors of successful league 2 club Mansfield Town.
The club was put straight into the Central Midlands League in which they finished and, in their first season! The following season the Bulls won the league and were promoted.
AFC Mansfield play their games at the Forest Town Arena, just 2.5 miles away from the ground of another Mansfield-Based Club, Mansfield Town. The Forest Town Arena has a capacity of 1,800 people.
The Bulls' success has come in more recent years. In just 4 years they broke 3 different club records.
These included: Reaching the 3" qualifying round of the FA Cup (2016/17), getting to the 2nd qualifying round of the FA Trophy (2018/19) and getting as far as the 5th round of the FA Vase (2014/15)!
Mansfield have had a mediocre start to this season. They are sat in 14th, and have accumulated 12 points so far. However, the star for the Bulls has been Kaylum Mitchell who has scored on 7 occasions in 19 appearances already!
Rangers will be going into the game as clear favourites and they will be looking to pick up a valuable 3 points in their attempt to creep into the playoff places!
