Their best FA Vase run was in 21/22, in which they were eliminated in the 3 rd round to Newport Pagnell, who were the eventual winners of the tournament that year.

Whittlesey gained their first piece of silverware in only their 2 nd season as a new found club back in the 2015/16 season when they lifted the Peterborough & District Charity Shield and 3 years later triumphed the Cliff Bullen Charity Cup.
