Stuart says "I will be looking to put together a new squad of first and second year players as many of our current U18's will not be eligible next season.

Deeping Rangers is a club I have been involved with as junior, youth and adult player since the age of 10 and as committee member, fundraiser and coach and manager of junior teams for over 10 years.
The club has always developed young talent and promoted players into adult football at the right time.
They see the value of offering a pathway from junior football, to youth, to adult football and the support and interest things brings from the community and junior teams.

The U18's is part of the adult section of the club and I will work closely with the Reserve's management team to bring players through into the Reserve Team playing in the UCL Reserve Division.
We will train with the Reserves to aid development and familiarity with both sets of coaches present.
I will have support from Ash Baines and Frank D'Agnano in running the side.
