Deeping Rangers FC are pleased to announce that Ciaran Reynolds has been appointed to be the new Reserve Team Manager.

DRFC Chairman Paul Smith comments :

We had a number of applications for the managers role and I’d like to thank all those who showed an interest.

After Ciaran’s interview it was obvious to all present that he should complete our senior section management line up for the 2017/18 season.

He’s a Deeping lad, played for the club as a junior and an adult and we are pleased to work with such a young, qualified, enthusiastic and talented manager who understands what we are trying to do at the club.

His views on the standards and ethos match ours and he’s keen to develop the youth which is very important to us.

Ciaran's previous management and coaching experience and in depth knowledge of the off field side of what it takes to run a club at our level excites us about developing the Reserves further and continuing the great work Matt Atkins and his team have done this season.

I’d also like to thank Matt Atkins for all his hard work during the 16/17 season. Having stepped forward this time last year, work commitments (promotion) has made it difficult for Matt to continue but he stabilised the team and completed the season well taking the reserves up a level and we look forward to building on that next season with Ciaran and his team.
