a) Chairperson: In accordance with the Constitution, Paul Smith resigns and DOES seek re-election as Chairperson of Deeping Rangers Football Club. Nominations are invited for the position of Chairperson in accordance with Rule 22 of the Constitution shown below.

b) Treasurer: In accordance with the constitution, Kevin Davenport resigns and DOES NOT seek re-election as Treasurer of Deeping Rangers Football Club. Nominations are invited for the position of Treasurer in accordance with Rule 22 of the Constitution shown below.

RULE 22 – “Nominations for Officers when required to be elected and proposals for inclusion in the
Agenda should be given, in writing, to the Secretary at least seven days before the date
