Fundraising

Written by Webmaster.

Everything we own, from the clubhouse, to the pitches to the goal nets is self-funded through club events such as our 200 club, our annual race night and our bi-annual Christmas raffle all of which are organised and run by the many volunteers at the club.

Like all football clubs, from the Premiership down, we have amibitions and goals, but unlike them we don't have a multi-millionnaire benefactor to bank roll us and the simple facts are that the more money comes into the club, the more we have to spend on developing our equipment and facilities.

200 Club

If you are not already a member of our 200 Club, but would like to join it couldn’t be easier or cheaper (50p per week) just fill in a Standing Order  (download one from here) or ask any committee member to get you one, fill in your details and I will allocate you a number then forward Standing Order to your Bank and off we go!

At present the monthly prizes are 1 x £50 and 2 x £25. If we can increase the numbers then the prizes will also increase.

It is drawn on the last Saturday in the month, with the winning numbers being posted on the notice board in the Club House entrance and in the match day programme.
