The 50th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Friday 24th July 2015 at the Deeping Sports & Social Club, Outgang Road, Market Deeping at 7.00 p.m. for a 7.30 p.m. start.

(Please remember the half hour prior to the meeting starting is to enable members to read minutes, reports, etc. and so avoid wasting time during the AGM itself).

a) Chairman: In accordance with the Constitution, Kevin Davenport resigns and does NOT seek re-election as Chairman of Deeping Rangers Football Club. Nominations are invited for the position of Chairman in accordance with Rule 22 of the Constitution shown below.
b) Vice Chairman:Paul Smith resigns and does NOT seek re-election as Vice Chairman of Deeping Rangers Football Club. Nominations are invited for the position of Vice Chairman in accordance with Rule 22 of the Constitution shown below.
c) Treasurer: Nominations are invited for the position of Treasurer of Deeping Rangers in accordance with Rule 22 of the Constitution shown below.

RULE 22 – “Nominations for Officers when required to be elected and proposals for inclusion in the
Agenda should be given, in writing, to the Secretary at least seven days before the date
of the Annual General Meeting. Any other business not so proposed will only be allowed
for discussion at the discretion of the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting.”
